Booking FAQs
What do I need to rent a scooter?
You need a valid driving licence (category A or B, depending on your country), an identity card or passport, and you must be at least 18 years old. EU driving licences are accepted directly. Visitors from outside the EU may need an International Driving Permit.
Can I cancel or change my booking?
Changes, cancellations and any refunds are governed by the terms displayed and accepted for the specific booking. Please contact us as early as possible using the contact form or at info@rent-moto.gr.
Is insurance included in the price?
Yes. Full third-party liability insurance is included with every rental. We also offer optional reduced-excess cover for greater peace of mind.
When and where do I collect the scooter?
Collection and return take place at our base in central Ioannina. We are open daily from 08:00 to 20:00 during the season (April–October). We can arrange delivery to your hotel for an additional charge.
How do I pay?
After you submit your booking request, we confirm availability and send you a secure payment link. We accept credit cards, debit cards and bank transfers. No payment is charged before your booking is confirmed.
